Care Guide

Candle Care

First Burn
Your first burn is the most important. Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface. This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn for the life of your candle.

Trim the Wick
Always trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn. This helps maintain a clean flame and prevents soot or smoking.

Burn Time
For best results, burn your candle for 3-4 hours at a time. This allows the wax pool to form properly without overheating the jar.

Keep Wax Clean
Ensure the wax pool remains free from wick trimmings, matches, and debris.

Burn Safely
Always place candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects.

When to Stop Burning
Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

Reed Diffuser Care

Flip the Reeds
Flip the reeds every as often as you like to refresh the scent and maintain a consistent fragrance.

Placement
Place your diffuser in areas with natural airflow, such as entryways, living rooms, or bathrooms, to help disperse fragrance throughout the space.

Avoid Heat & Sunlight
Keep diffusers away from direct sunlight, heaters, or air conditioners as heat can cause the fragrance oil to evaporate faster.

Adjust Fragrance Strength
Use more reeds for a stronger scent throw or fewer reeds for a softer fragrance.

Protect Surfaces
Diffuser oils may damage certain surfaces. Always place the diffuser on a stable surface and wipe any spills immediately.

Room Spray Care

Shake Before Use
Gently shake the bottle before spraying to ensure the fragrance oils are evenly mixed.

How to Use
Spray 6 pumps into the air to instantly refresh your space.

Layer Your Fragrance
For a longer lasting scent experience, layer your room spray with our candles, wax melts, or diffusers in the same fragrance.

Avoid Direct Contact
Do not spray directly onto furniture, fabrics, polished surfaces, or skin as fragrance oils may cause staining.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain fragrance quality.

Wax Melt Care

How to Use
Place 1–2 wax melt pieces into the dish of your wax warmer.

Melting
Allow the wax to melt slowly and release its fragrance throughout your space.

Reuse
Wax melts can be reused until the fragrance fades. Once the scent weakens, allow the wax to cool before removing and replacing with a new melt.

Cleaning Your Burner

Cotton Ball Method: While the wax is slightly warm (not hot), place cotton balls or paper towel in the dish to absorb the melted wax, then wipe clean.

Pop-Out Method: Allow the wax to fully cool and harden. Gently warm the burner for about 10–20 seconds, then the wax should easily pop out.

Freezer Method: Place the burner dish in the freezer for a few minutes. The wax will shrink and release from the dish.

Do Not Add Water
Never add water or other substances to the wax melt burner.

Safe Use
Always use your wax warmer on a heat-resistant surface and keep away from children, pets, and drafts.
